- Cleaner deployments to keep the app stable.

🎯 What Must Be Done Before Release
- Training plan quality: validate across distances, terrain types, and runner profiles.
- End-to-end flow: signup → onboarding → plan creation → GPX → Strava.
- Payments: trial and subscription flow fully tested.
- Error messages: clear, friendly, and helpful across common issues.
- Legal: Terms + Privacy finalized, GDPR consent verified.
- Demo races: UTMB, Western States, Hardrock ready to explore.
- Community: Discord server live and linked in-app.
- Email readiness: verify sending, deliverability, and replies.
- Monitoring: basic logging and monitoring before the final QA pass.

- Weeks 3–4: training plan validation and fixes
- Weeks 5–6: end-to-end testing + payments + email verification
- Weeks 7–8: final polish + Discord + soft-launch prep
